Sales Terms

Machines in Motion Inc. work directly with each customer to provide the optimum machine purchasing experience. We are open to including certain changes that meet your specific financial needs needs.
All prices for machinery or related options are priced FOB Pomona California.
Machinery or related options will not be shipped before payment is received or other financial arraignments have been made.
Every machine purchased includes one day of on-site technical support ("support time") from one technician. This day is defined as a maximum of 10 man hours including travel time. Machines in Motion Inc. may choose to provide support time and other requested services by contracting with qualified technical support companies located closer to the machine's ship to location.
Travel time by roadway begins at the point of departure and ends upon arrival at the job site. Travel time by commercial airlines is calculated by actual time in the air plus 1.5 hours for each one way direction of travel. Travel time beyond the original 10 hours offered will be billed at 50% of our normal rate of $100.00/hour. On Site technical support time exceeding the original 10 hours included will be billed at 50% of our normal on-site service rate of $120.00/hour. This discounted technical time is offered by Machines in Motion Inc. only. This "support time" is available for, machine setup, installation or training of machine or control options, control use training, advanced program training, or training of company maintenance personnel. Other work requested by the customer during this same visit will require a separate purchase order and may be invoiced at our current shop rate. The initial "support time" offered and any additional hours purchased are to be contiguous and apply towards our first visit which must begin no later than 30 days past machine delivery. A first service call beginning later than 30 days past machine delivery will be billed at our normal service rates in effect at that time. Support time extending beyond one day portal to portal will incur a per dium fee of 190.00  per overnight stay. Some areas of the country may be higher.

Machine delivery is defined as the day your machine is off loaded at the purchaser's ship to address or no more than 4 days past the date your machine has arrived near your ship to location an is available for delivery (example, the freight hauler has off loaded your machine at your rigger's warehouse).
Off loading of your machine and placing it into your building is the responsibility of the customer. If needed Machines in Motion Inc. will assist you in locating a rigging company to perform this task however Machines in Motion Inc. can in no way be held responsible for the actions of any trucking company, rigging company or other third party involved in the transport, setup up, training, or servicing of your machine.
